ASHES TO LIFE markets through the Website only its own products , manufactured under the strictest quality standards.

The process of artisanal elaboration requires longer times , conditioning manufactoring volumes, affecting the availability of the stock at any given time. ASHES TO LIFE will show the products that it has in stock and those that the customer can request on demand.

ASHES TO LIFE has made its best efforts so that the colors of the products displayed on the Website are as close as possible to reality. However, the color of the products that appear on the screen may be subject to various variations depending on the quality of the computer monitor or other factors. In this sense, ASHES TO LIFE can not guarantee that the colors that appear on the device from which you access the Website are exactly the same.


To be able to buy products offered by ASHES TO LIFE through the Website, it is an essential requirement that the USER registers in the “My Account” section, which means filling in all the data of the form to that effect, which are marked with an asterisk. In case of not being registered at the time of placing an order or purchasing any product through the Website, you may do so at that time through a form in the LEGAL INFORMATION area.

Keep in mind that the registration system uses the email address that the Registered User provides at the time of registration as a control element, so you can have as many accounts as email addresses you provide. However, we suggest that you proceed with a single registration given as the system only links a   single email to not more than one user credit card or a bank account, as a fraud prevention measure.

Registration as a Registered User of the Website requires sharing certain personal data (name and surname, email account, which will function as a user password, and a password of your choice that must contain at least six (6) characters), as accepting the Website’s privacy policy, whose terms can be consulted in the LEGAL INFORMATION area.

Once the registration process is completed, ASHES TO LIFE will immediately send the User an email confirming the successful completion of the registration process.

Please note that your email address, together with the selected password, facilitates access to restricted areas of the Website, to allow you to select and purchase ASHES TO LIFE products. This access is only for your personal use and it is intended to guarantee your privacy in each access to the Website. That is why we recommend that you keep your password secret and do not allow access to third parties.

In the event that, for any reason, you consider that the password is no safe, you can change it immediately through the “My Account” area of ​​the Website. If for any reason, you lose the password, you can recover your access to your account as a Registered User by requesting a new temporary password, through the option “Password recovery” at the time of accessing “My account”. This new password will be sent by the system to the Registered User immediately to the email address indicated at the time of registration.


To process an order, the Registered User must select the items they want and add them to the “Shopping Cart”.

In the “Shopping Cart” tab, the User will be informed of the total amount of the order in the currency of the country that the Registered User has selected at the beginning of the navigation on the Website (in euros for Spain, in pounds sterling for the United Kingdom, in euros for the rest of the countries included in the European Territory and in dollars in the USA, detailing applicable taxes, where applicable, and shipping.

Once the Registered User has selected the products they wish to purchase, the Website will ask the Registered User for additional personal data (to formalize the payment and shipping), required to pay for the product and for ASHES TO LIFE to send the product (s). You can check the details about the payment process in the following section.

In case it is the first time that the Registered User places an order through the Website, you must enter the shipping address where the order is delivered.

In case it is not the first time that the Registered User makes an order through the Website, the system will automatically use by default the delivery data of the first placed order. The Registered User will be able to modify this data to indicate an alternative mailing address.

It is important that you keep in mind that ASHES TO LIFE does not accept shipments to post office boxes or make shipments outside the Territory.

Before finalizing the purchase process and pressing the “Place order” button as a means of confirming your purchase, the Website will require you to grant an express consent for the processing of your data in relation to the purchase made, the text of which you can consult in the LEGAL INFORMATION area.

After the purchase process, you will become a client of ASHES TO LIFE (hereinafter, the “Client”). ASHES TO LIFE will send an email confirming the purchase made to the email address provided at the time of registering as a Registered User. This email will include various details of the purchased product (s), the total price of the item, the shipping costs and the expected date of delivery (depending on the place of destination, the availability of the products purchased and the logistics of the delivery companies).

If after a reasonable period of time, you have not received the confirmation email, it is important that you re-access your user account to verify that your order has been processed correctly. The promotions, special offers or discounts that ASHES TO LIFE can offer on the Website will be valid until the indicated date or while supplies last.


All orders can be paid by debit and credit card (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, 4B and MASTERCARD), which implies an automatic charge, and also via Pay-pal.

ASHES TO LIFE does not store the data of the electronic means of payment (credit card, debit card or pay-pal system). When you provide this information, you will be doing so through an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system and a secure connection between the Website and the electronic provider of the payment service.

With the aim of collaborating in the prevention of fraud through the Internet, ASHES TO LIFE reserves the right to verify the personal data provided by the Customer and adopt the measures it deems appropriate (for example, and not limited to, stopping the request, cancelling or notifing the competent authorities, among others) in case of having indications or suspicions that an order made is fraudulent or that is done by supplanting the identity of another person.

In case the Customer needs an invoice for their purchase, they can request it by emailing hola@ashestolife.es indicating their fiscal data. ASHES TO LIFE will process your request in the shortest possible time and will send the invoice by email to the address provided in the registration data or expressly indicated by the Client.


Incidents with transport. ASHES TO LIFE uses external shipping companies to send your orders.

Before signing the delivery order, we ask the customer to check the merchandise from all the angles of each box to confirm that all the packages are in good condition.

In the event that a box is hit, wet, etc there are two options:

A- Open the box in front of the carrier and check if the merchandise has been damaged. If the merchandise is not in good condition, you can reject it, but it is essential to take a picture of the damaged merchandise and send it to the email address contacto@ashestolife.es. If that’s the case, the carrier will take it back.

B- If you notice a defect in the box delivered by the transport company and the customer does not have time to review the damage in front of the carrier, the customer can keep the goods but it is essential to write on the delivery note “PENDING TO REVIEW”. In this way, the client will have 12h to check the merchandise that may be damaged and inform ASHES TO LIFE of the incident via mail contacto@ashestolife.es, with its corresponding photograph and description of the incident and affected products (number, etc).

From ASHES TO LIFE we will notify the incident to the corresponding  shipping company so that they can resend it at no cost.


You can cancel your order as long as it has not been processed yet by sending an email to contacto@ashestolife.es clearly indicating your information and order number. If you are no longer in time to cancel your order, you can return it as indicated below.

ASHES TO LIFE accepts returns within the first 15 of reiciving the ítems. The products must not have been handled or used, they must be in perfect condition, including accessories, documentation and original packaging. In this case the transport costs originated from the return will be paid by the customer.

Once the item is received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of it, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the payment method made by the customer. This process can take between 7 and 10 days once the order has arrived to the warehouse.
